Women’s Ministry
The Women’s Ministry of Fellowship Bible Church desires to walk step by step with women and help each woman take their next step in knowing, loving, serving, and sharing Christ.
We are committed to Character Building
This involves our Bible Studies, Retreats, Mentoring, and our M.O.P.S. program.
We are committed to Community
This involves activities for the women that are geared for them to get to know each other, while at the same time sharing a same objective. We build community through shopping trips, craft days, service projects, and special events throughout the year.
We are committed to Care
This involves a more hands on approach where the women can come together for a common cause. We aspire to take care of some of the practical needs of a church through making comfort food, for those in emergency need, funeral food when needed, that wedding and baby showers are planned for those first time brides or moms, and that our kitchen/pantry area is kept neat and clean. We also have started ministries to those women who are single and might need some help around their house or with their cars, etc. We show care to the community through our Glory Babies program which reaches out to women in the loss of a child.
Ministry leaders:
The ministry is headed up by a Women’s Ministry Steering Team. Those on the team are Sharie Johnson, Kimberly Smith, Patti Coleman, Doris Ramaly and Jean Ames.
